M1 heading South
Leave the M1 at Junction 7 (M10)
Take 2nd exit at roundabout at the end of the M10 (A414 signposted Hatfield)
Take 2nd exit at traffic-light controlled roundabout.
At elongated roundabout, double-back on yourself before turning left into Colney Heath. Follow the road into the village, turning left into the Recreation Ground after a zebra crossing.
M1 heading North
Leave the M1 at Junction 6 (A405) and head towards St Albans
At roundabout with the M10, take the third exit (A414 signposted Hatfield)
Take 2nd exit at traffic-light controlled roundabout.
At elongated roundabout, double-back on yourself before turning left into Colney Heath. Follow the road into the village, turning left into the Recreation Ground after a zebra crossing.
From A1(M)
Leave at Junction 3 and take the A414 towards St Albans.
At elongated roundabout turn left into Colney Heath. Follow the road into the village, turning left into the Recreation Ground after a zebra crossing.
From M25
Leave the M25 at Junction 22.
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit (Coursers Lane), which goes directly to Colney Heath.
Once in the village, turn left into High Street. After half-a-mile turn right into the Recreation Ground (adjacent to a school).
By train
St Albans City Station is served by First Capital Connect on the Bedford to Brighton line (inc. Central London).
