The Rugby Football League

The R.F.L.  is the overall governing body for Rugby League in the United Kingdom.  It falls into two distinct groups, 'The National & Conference Leagues' (summer) and 'BARLA' (winter).
BARLA

(The British Amateur Rugby League Association)

This organisation is the governing body  of 31 District Leagues, 1400 senior  and 900 Junior teams, all based in the North of England and all playing their Rugby in the winter months.
St Albans Centurions play in the Conference Premier South.  There are nine Regional Divisions below us, and then Merit Leagues (new clubs).  We play Rugby League in the summer and the National Conference covers  the whole of the U.K.
